Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. To start a return, email pressioo26@gmail.com with your order number and we will send instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us a photograph and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. This is in addition to our 30-day policy, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping is £4.99 worldwide, and complimentary on orders over £50. Express delivery is available within the UK at £6.99.

Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Customers outside the UK may be liable for import duties or taxes charged by their own country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.
